This is exactly how it started. Food etude was born from in New York city at cozy café during breakfast. I've listed top five favorite ingredients and wondered what the best five ingredients would be according to chefs at the restaurants I've visited or visit in the future. I enjoy cooking simple recipes for my family and taking photos of food. Inspired by the notes of chefs, I'll make simple dishes, share recipes, and photograph them. Food etude combines two passions into one project, and the journey is just beginning.
